Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using DAPTI Enterprise services you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Digital marketing consulting, software development, AI, cybersecurity (ISO 27001), and enterprise architecture.
3. Pricing
Prices are indicative. Final proposals are in writing. USD prices exclude local taxes. Mexico clients subject to 16% VAT.
4. Payments
50% advance required. Balance at agreed milestones. US clients pay by wire or credit card.
5. Cancellation & Auto-Renewal
Monthly retainers auto-renew. 5-day advance notice before renewal. Cancel with 30 days notice without penalty.
6. Intellectual Property
Custom deliverables become client property upon full payment. Dapti proprietary tools remain Dapti's property.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability is fees paid in the prior 3 months. No indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
Mexican law governs. Disputes: courts of Puebla, Mexico.
